Day 6 21DSD – Mindfulness

breakfastOne of the benefits of this change in eating is I am noticing how much I appreciate the food I am eating. Everything seems to have a more pronounced taste. I am finding that I am more thoughtful about chewing food more carefully. It is easier to be mindful when you are not uber focused chowing on sugar!
