I have had an excellent first day on my Sugar Detox! I also decided to concurrently follow Martin Berkan’s Lean Gains Intermittant Fast protocol…a 16 hour fast followed by an 8 hour eating window. It has been a breeze! I had steak and an avocado at noon, a Granny Smith apple with almond butter at 4 pm, and a chicken breast with roasted Brussel Sprouts at 7pm, followed by a small glass of Kombucha for dessert! I feel great!
