Today however, I was introduced to a new potential paramour – Arctic Zero! It contains whey protein, monk fruit, and a small amount of cane sugar. You could eat the entire pint for a total of 16 grams of carbohydrate. Sort of a frozen protein shake…

I had a pint for lunch today – on a 95 degree day, it just seemed like the thing to do.
